1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Petal Makers website (petalmakers.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All products offered by Petal Makers — including custom flowers, laser engraving, balloon arrangements, 3D printing, plushies, and personalized gifts — are made to order. Because each item is custom-crafted, we cannot guarantee exact color matches from screen to final product. Minor variations are normal and expected.

• Custom orders require approval of a digital proof before production begins where applicable.
• Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees.
• We reserve the right to decline any order that violates our policies or contains inappropriate content.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Petal Makers to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery fees or rush charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final once production has begun. However:

• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of order placement and before production begins may be eligible for a full refund.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
• We do not accept returns on perishable floral products once delivered.
• Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Delivery & Fulfillment

Petal Makers offers local delivery, pickup, and shipping depending on the product and your location.

• Local Delivery: Available within approximately 30 miles of zip code 30542 (Flowery Branch, GA), covering Hall, Gwinnett, Jackson, Barrow, Forsyth Counties, and select North Atlanta suburbs.
• Pickup: Available by appointment. We will contact you with details after your order is confirmed.
• Shipping: Available for eligible non-perishable items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Consultations

Consultation bookings are free of charge. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Consultations do not constitute a binding order until a quote is accepted and payment is received.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product designs, and text — is the property of Petal Makers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. Custom designs created for your order are for personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced commercially.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number on any form on our website, you consent to receive text messages from Petal Makers related to your order, consultation, or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. 9. Limitation of Liability

Petal Makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products, including but not limited to loss of use or lost profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hall County, Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
