Shipping & Processing InformationMany of our products are custom-made, personalized, handcrafted, or produced to order. Standard processing times are typically 3–7 business days; however, certain custom, engraved, printed, floral, event, seasonal, specialty, or high-volume orders may require additional production time and can take up to 10 business days or longer before shipment or delivery.

If your order is needed for a specific event, holiday, funeral, wedding, birthday, graduation, or other time-sensitive occasion, please contact Petalmakers prior to placing your order to confirm availability and production timelines. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and are provided for reference only. Once an order has been shipped or delivered to a carrier, delivery timelines are subject to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, supply chain disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Petalmakers is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier delays, weather-related delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses provided by customers, missed events, missed delivery windows, or orders that arrive later than anticipated due to circumstances outside of our control. Customers are encouraged to order well in advance of any important event or occasion.
