Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless expedited processing (rush order) is selected. Processing time begins after payment confirmation and does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
- Local Delivery: Available for orders within 30 miles of zip code 30542. Typically delivered within 1-3 business days of order completion.
- Pickup: Available at our facility. Customer notified when order is ready for pickup.
- Standard Shipping: USPS or UPS ground shipping (3-7 business days after processing).
- Expedited Shipping: Available for select items (2-3 business days after processing).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Costs are displayed before checkout confirmation. Local delivery and pickup orders do not incur shipping fees.
Local Delivery Only Items
Some specialty items are restricted to local delivery only (within 30 miles of zip 30542). These items cannot be shipped nationally or picked up. Check product listing for delivery restrictions.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email for all shipped orders. You can use the order tracking page to monitor your shipment status in real time.
Delivery Address
Ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Seasonal Delays
During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, etc.), shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering well in advance of target delivery dates.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Delivery is available to addresses within the United States only.
