Rush Order Terms
What is a Rush Order?
A rush order expedites the processing and production timeline, allowing for faster delivery. Rush processing is available on select items for an additional fee of $25-$75 depending on complexity.
Rush Processing Timeline
- Standard Processing: 3-5 business days
- Rush Processing: 1-2 business days
- Rush timeline starts after payment confirmation
- Does not include weekends or holidays
- Delivery timeline remains separate (based on shipping method)
Rush Fee
Rush fees vary by item:
- Standard items: $25 rush fee
- Complex items (engraving, personalization): $50 rush fee
- Custom orders: $75+ rush fee (see Custom Order Policy)
- Rush fee is non-refundable
- Rush processing must be selected at time of purchase
Availability & Capacity
Rush processing is subject to availability. During peak seasons, rush processing may not be available or additional fees may apply. We will confirm rush availability at checkout. If unavailable, you will have the option to proceed with standard processing or cancel your order.
Eligibility
Not all items are eligible for rush processing:
- Floral arrangements: Limited rush availability (may not be available during peak seasons)
- Made-to-order items: Rush available at higher cost
- Custom orders: Rush available with design approval expedited
- Bulk orders: Rush may not be available
- Check product listing for rush eligibility
Quality Assurance
Rush processing does not compromise quality. All items, regardless of processing speed, meet the same quality standards and are inspected before shipping. Rush processing simply prioritizes your order in our production queue.
Customization with Rush Orders
If you want customization (personalization, custom text, etc.) with a rush order, all customization details must be finalized at purchase. Changes to customization after order placement are not possible under rush timeline.
Shipping & Delivery
Rush processing accelerates production only. Shipping and delivery timelines remain subject to carrier schedules. For guaranteed fast delivery, select expedited shipping at checkout. Local delivery and pickup typically complete within 1-3 business days of production completion.
Cancellations & Refunds
Rush fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a rush order after processing has begun, you forfeit the rush fee. Standard item refund policy applies to the product price.
What if Rush Order is Delayed?
We make every effort to meet rush timelines. If we are unable to meet the promised rush timeline due to our error, we will refund the rush fee. Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors are not our responsibility, though we will do our best to assist in resolution.
Peak Season Notice
During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), rush capacity is extremely limited. We recommend ordering as far in advance as possible. Rush processing may not be available during peak periods.
