Our Photo Policy
We may request or use photos of your completed order for marketing, product showcase, and business purposes. This policy outlines how we use customer photos and your consent options.
How We Use Photos
Photos of completed orders may be used for:
- Website product galleries and portfolio
- Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
- Email newsletters and marketing campaigns
- Product reviews and testimonials
- Print marketing materials and brochures
- Business presentations and case studies
Default Consent
By placing an order, you grant us permission to photograph and use images of your completed order for the purposes listed above. Photos will not identify you by name unless you provide a testimonial or review.
Opting Out
If you do not want photos of your order used for marketing purposes:
- Specify "No Photo Usage" in the special instructions at checkout
- Contact us within 7 days of order completion with your request
- Include your order number and reason for opting out
- We will respect your request and not use photos of that order
Anonymity
Photos will not be published with your personal information (name, address, phone, email) unless you explicitly consent to a testimonial or review. Your order will be identified by first name and order date only, if identified at all.
Custom & Personal Orders
For custom orders containing personal information, faces, or sensitive content, we will request explicit written consent before using any photos. If your order contains personal elements you wish to keep private, please specify this in your order notes.
Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of any personal designs or creative work embodied in your order. By allowing us to photograph your order, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the photos for marketing purposes. We do not claim ownership of the design itself.
Removal Requests
If you previously consented but now wish to have photos removed from our platforms, contact us with your order number. We will remove photos from new marketing materials within 30 days. Removal from third-party platforms and social media may take longer.
Photo Quality & Rights
We reserve the right to enhance, edit, or crop photos for presentation purposes. We may use photos in full-color or black-and-white. Photos may be used in any combination with other photos and content.
No Compensation
We do not provide compensation for use of customer photos. However, customers with published photos are welcome to submit testimonials or reviews for additional visibility and promotion.
